Prepare this Cucumber, Lemon & Mint Detox Water for clear, glowing skin. Cucumbers are mostly water, so they provide a boost of hydration and a spa-like experience. Lemons naturally cleanse the body, flush out toxins, and are a great digestive aid. Mint is a calming and soothing herb that soothes the stomach and skin of inflammation. (if you have access to herbal aloe to add in to your water). When combined, these ingredients provide a refreshing and hydrating drink while naturally detoxing your skin and body.
Ingredients
- 12 cups filtered water / 1 water pitcher
- 1 medium organic cucumber, sliced
- 2 organic lemons, sliced
- 10 organic mint leaves
Instructions
- Sliced cucumber and lemons, place in pitcher
- Pour 12 cups of filtered water into the pitcher
- Top with mint leaves
- Stir and let sit or refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Enjoy!
